Really really compelling story, visuals and music. I would personally have had the decomposition set in a little slower, so the play experience is longer. The SHMUP part is also a bit easy with the constant stream of bullets.
Awesome clouds and screen shake. Cool symbolism and visual depiction of going insane.
This is classy. The color choice is great, the clouds are fantastic, and it nails the theme, nice work!
